Delivery Times

Teva.com.my orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekends and selected holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you place an order at 10am or later on a Friday it will not start to process until the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday.

** Please note, Teva.com.my only ships within Malaysia, we do not ship to international address.


Delivery Charges

West Malaysia: RM10, Free for order values above RM300

East Malaysia: RM40, Free for order values above RM600

Shipping Notifications

We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. We’ll also send a notification once your order leaves our warehouse.


How do I check my order status?

To check the status of your Teva.com.my order please click on "My Orders" at the bottom left side of this page. Sign in to "My Account", your order detail will appear, on this page you can check the status of your order.


My order status is delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do?

  • Check the delivery address indicated in the order to ensure that it is correct
  • Check the proof of deliver to check where is the parcel is delivered
  • Check other possible recipients, e.g. receptionist, lobby personnel who could have received on your behalf
  • Check with the courier. If you have received a communication (call/SMS) from the courier, you may try reaching out to them to ask about your package.
  • Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date to file a case with the courier for parcel investigation. Kindly note that the courier will not be liable for inquiries submitted after this timeframe.
